THE POLICY OF QUALITY
DIAKOL STRÁ®SKE, Ltd. is company dealing with
a production and sale of formaldehyde-, urea- and melamine
based products. The main task of quality management is to contribute
for achieving a success on the market by effective working.
"QUALITY" means not only a satisfaction
with our products, but also with our activities. Top management
takes quality
control for a philosophy by which our company will constantly
mend.
The company DIAKOL STRÁ®SKE Ltd. has imposed and certified
a quality management according to STN
EN ISO 9001: 2008. Consequently
to this ISO standard and the principle of permanent enhancement
derived from this standard, top management designates following
attributes:
- We clearly declare our goals, we support
safe and effective background, while we base on personal
involvement of all emloyees
- All employees have required eligibility
and good conditions
to increase their knowledge in the fields of technology,
health protection, safety, as well as for personal involvement
in
the course of employment resulting from the policy
- Loyalty
is minimal standard and implied part in all activities
- Investment to increase the technical level of existing
producing capacities and new technologies, so that our
products would
be up to expecting economical, qualitative, safety
and environmental standards
- We manage supplier-customer relationships
to result in increase of value generation in the parties
concerned
and to correct
business co-operation
We are convinced that implementation of quality policy is
possible only with active participation of colleagues and by
personal example and involvement of top management. To succeed,
we enforce above-mentioned principles of the quality policy
in everyday work and each our activity.
